will my food arrive?
Your
food will arrive between 5-7 days of your order.. often times sooner.
What shipping method do you use?
We
use UPS.
Do
you ship to PO Boxes?
or internationally?
We
are not able to ship to PO boxes at this time and do not ship
internationally.
Is
there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, the minimum order is $9.00
for free shipping. Any order under $9.00 will be charged a $4.00
shipping fee.
What is the
size of the bags?
The dog food is
shipped in 6, 10 and 20 lbs bags - 20 lb being the largest bag the
food would be shipped in. For instance, a 40 lb order would be
shipped in two 20 lb bags. (Fish and Chips is currently shipped in
10 lb bags only. This may change as customer demand increases.)

do I order? reorder?
Simple,
order online here at this website, order via FAX by printing out the
form here and sending it to 1-877-383-1038 or via phone at 1- (800) 704-5779 .
There is a special
reorder voice mail as well at 800-354-6858.
Leave your customer number, your order and the
last 4 digits of the credit card you have on record.
If you are an existing customer, you may also send me an email with
your order.
Where
is my food shipped from?
The
food is manufactured in California and is shipped to five different
warehouses across the U.S.; Denver, CO, Pittsburgh, PA, Atlanta, GA,
Mukilteo, WA and Riverside, CA.
Where
can I buy Flint River Ranch Products?
Generally
FRR is not sold in retail stores. These products contain only
"natural" preservatives and therefore have a shelf-life of
no more than 6 months. Having it delivered to you door guarantees
freshness and shipping is FREE! Any distributor can take your order.
How
do I track an order I placed?
If
you received an email from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com
you can track it via that email. If you did not receive an email, you
will need to call Flint River Ranch at 800-354-6858. The automated
system will allow you to choose from several categories including UPS
shipping issues. (always remember to press the # key to move forward
through the automated system)
How do I
find my FRR#?
Your Flint
River Ranch Customer number can be found on your invoice inside the
box your order was received in. It can also be found on your UPS
tracking email from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com
next to "Reference Number 1". This is why it is very
important you always supply Flint River Ranch with your current email
address. If you cannot find your FRR Customer number you should call
your distributor or contact Flint River Ranch (1-800-704-5779)
directly to have them locate it for you.
Auto
Shipment
How
do I
set up auto shipment?
Fill
out the form here on this website or print out this page on the
website and fax to 1-877-383-1038. Please allow 1 week to process your
autoshipment request.
When
I fill out my auto shipment form, am I designating the dates I want it
to arrive or the dates it is shipped from the warehouse?
You
are designating the dates it will ship from the warehouse .
Can
I change my auto shipment plan?
Yes.
Please give us 5 days notice to avoid any unwanted shipments. Change
your auto shipment by submitting a new one. The new one overwrites the
previous autoshipment plan .
Is
there a minimum auto shipment amount?
To
qualify for free shipping, you must have at least $9 of products per
auto shipment.
I
did not receive my order (or auto-ship) and my card was NOT charged?
Chances
are your credit card information was incorrect such as you have an
expired or closed card account on file. Call 800-354-6858 and notify
FRR of your new card information and re-place the order. (You may want
to have them track your order first)
Guarantee
What
is
your guarantee?
Within 30 days, if any product fails
to meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned to us for
a replacement, credit, or refund. Please enclose your customer
number information
with the shipment, all returns must be shipped within 30 days of the
order date.

Dog
and Puppy Food
How
long does the food last once opened?
Naturally preserved with vitamins C and E, Flint River Ranch foods
keep between 6 months and a year. But 6 months is ideal.
I
have a finicky dog what if she doesn't like the food?
Most dogs really enjoy the taste of this food so taste is usually
not an issue. Our food is 100% GUARANTEED so if you are
dissatisfied for any reason, you can simply return any unused
product within 30 days for a full refund.
Can
Jubliee Wafers aid with arthritis?
Yes they can! They are created with to be a natural way to control inflammation, help lubricate
joints, provide a mechanism of nutrient absorption, and help
inhibit enzymes that break down cartilage.

What
do you suggest feeding a puppy?
Flint River Ranch has one product for puppies and
adult dogs. This oven-baked kibble is excellent for puppies. I Our
DryWater product is also popular with puppies. You add hot water
and it makes a nutritious moist meal. Hope that helps. Also, all our products
are unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days, so you have an
opportunity to try them risk-free.
My
dog has a pH problem, what do you recommend?
We are not vets, so our advice should not replace
the advice you receive from your vet. The pH levels of all Flint
River Ranch dog foods range from 5.8 to 6.2. The Senior formulas,
with their lower protein levels, are at the lower end of the
range. It is important to understand the key elements of a food
you are considering for your pet. A key element of Science Diet's
K/D formula is its low percentage of protein. Flint River Ranch
Senior Kibble or Senior PLUS formulas also offer reduced protein
levels.
Can the Dry Water
Ultra food be fed dry?
It is safe to feed the Dry Water Ultra dry, but most dogs prefer it
with water for a moist meal. As with all foods we sell, remember that
you are going to be feeding less food than normal. Our food has no
fillers.
My dog loves Flint
River but has loose stools?
This can be caused by
not mixing FRR with your dogs regular food over a period of a few
weeks thus allowing your dogs system to adjust to the high-quality
ingredients found in Flint River Ranch products. In actuality, any
change in your dogs diet can cause loose stools. Also, many
owners over-feed their pets. With FRR, you can actually feed 20% to
25% less because of the density, richness and high-quality ingredients
found in their pet foods. Cut back a bit on the amount you are feeding
your dog and see if that makes a difference. You may also want to try
The Lamb/Millet/Rice formula or Fish and Chips as your dog may be
experiencing food sensitivities. (I have many new clients mix the
Puppy/Adult with the Lamb/Millet Rice right from the start! This seems
to work very well)
Cat
and Kitten Foods
Do
you have canned cat food?
At present, Flint River Ranch does not make any
canned foods. Flint River Ranch Super Premium Cat Foods are
oven-baked kibble formed into small uniform pieces.
If your cat prefers a soft food, you might try moistening Flint
River Ranch Cat Foods. In any event, Flint River Ranch offers an
UNCONDITIONAL, MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. If, for whatever reason, you
or your pet do not like Flint River Ranch, simply return the
unused portion within 30 days for a full refund.
What
is the pH of your cat foods?
All Flint River Ranch feline formulas promote a
mildly acidic urinary pH level of 6.4.
In addition, our foods are low in ash and magnesium, two other
factors in crystal formation and feline urological syndrome.
What
is the ingredient Chicken Meal in cat food?
In pet foods, the word "meal" means
reduced in size. The flesh is cooked, some water removed and
reduced in size (ground) in order to form a uniform mix of the
meat, ground grains, vitamins and chelated minerals. Flint River
Ranch products contain no rendered byproducts, feet, heads,
intestines or other meat products not fit for human consumption.
