Payments
We accept payments through paypal or
credit card. All payments are made through our secure server. Credit
card payments are processed through our secure server. We

Credit Card Security
On our site, your payment information is encrypted and then
saved to our 100% secure database. No credit card or personal
information is ever sent via email or other non-secure means. Your
information is kept private. We do not share your private information
with anyone.
Sales/Use Tax: Applicable sales/use
tax is charged on all orders for the reason that Flint River Ranch has a
presence in all states. As some States have a combination of local,
county, city and State taxes - orders are charged 7.5% California sales
tax except for the following states: Montana 0%, Oregon 0%, Nevada 0%,
New Hampshire 0%, Delaware 0%, Idaho 5%, Mass. 5%, Wyoming 5%, Indiana
5%, New Jersey 6%.
SHIPPING
We endeavor to
process and ship all orders received before noon within 24 hours.
Orders received on Friday, or the day before a Holiday, are invoiced
and shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped to the address
on file by UPS. Cut-off for UPS daily pickups is usually 3PM. Please
keep your address current. Average delivery time after UPS pickup, is
2-4 business days. With some remote delivery points, UPS may schedule
delivery only once or twice a week. Please order in advance of need
and allow time for delivery. If not at home, UPS will try several
times to make delivery, in some cases, depending on area, they will
leave package at your door, otherwise they will leave a note or mail
you a notice of attempted delivery. With no response in 5 days, they
will return the package to our warehouse.
Free shipping with a $9.00 minimum order. Orders
less than $9.00 will be charged a $4.00 shipping fee.
Shipping minimum does not apply to sample packs.
Shipping from our ovens in California directly to your door via UPS.
Returns
Flint River Ranch foods are 100% Guaranteed. We guarantee your
complete Product Satisfaction or return the unused portion and Flint
River Ranch will refund your purchase price.
