VOLUNTEER AT PURRS NAPERVILLE!!
Current Needs
1. Adult Cat Fosters-URGENT (mostly
adults ..purebreds, cats who do not show well in
cages, calicos and torties or older cats.. you can
ALSO foster to adopt a cat from the website.).
Current foster need list.
2.
Sick Kitten
fosters (ultra short term.. 4 days to 2
weeks.. foster kittens who have kitty colds.. we
provide meds)
3.
Daily Cat Care at our stores (currently
recruiting for PETCO (rt 59/ Aurora), Aurora
Petsmart (rt 59 and Aurora) and Naperville Petsmart
(59/Liberty)
4.
Adoption
Counselors (work up from daily cat care
OR requires prior cat handling experience). OUTGOING
assertive personality.. this is a 'salesy' position
5.
Picture
takers.. (any store) 1x a week
commitment.. need digital camera
6.
Admin help (phone, paperwork, coordinating,
organizing.. few hours a week commitment)
7.
Promotions/Marketing- requires prior experience
8.
Fundraising-requires prior experience
9.
Project Manager- help us get our records
online.. already bought web based software.. need to
coordinator set up with vendor and upload..
experience required.
10.
Transport-URGENT transport cats to and from
stores .. 1 weekend day or 1 weekday day every week
required.
All positions require a 6 month commitment unless
stated. Daily Cat Care folks must commit to at least
1 day a week.
Ages..
1.
Adoption Counselor -21 plus
2. Daily
Cat Care-18 plus.. Moms/Dads can bring kids down to
age 12
3. All
others 18 plus.
4. Event
help-16 years old ok.
