All sales—including digital downloads, coaching packages, workshops, and the group program—are final and non-refundable.
Refund exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at my sole discretion.

6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments (which may use Stripe).
You agree to provide accurate payment information and complete all payments associated with your purchase.

7. Intellectual Property
All content—including text, videos, worksheets, graphics, and coaching frameworks—is owned by Rachael Resk.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share materials outside of personal use.
